A Night of Pie, Community & Trivia Triumphs: Our 15th Annual Thanksgiving Pie Event Recap

If there’s one thing we’ve learned after hosting this event for 15 years, it’s this:
Nothing brings people together quite like pie.
And this event proved it once again.

Our Annual Thanksgiving Pie & Gratitude Gathering was one for the record books, a packed house filled with clients, friends, neighbors, trivia enthusiasts, and plenty of festive cheer. We’re still smiling (and maybe still digesting) from the incredible turnout!

A Full House Filled With Heart

From the moment the doors opened, the room buzzed with energy. Whether people came for the pie, the wine, the trivia, or just to see old friends, the atmosphere was filled with connection, the kind that reminds us why we love this community so much.

Families showed up. Long-time clients showed up. Even a few trivia ringers showed up, and they did not disappoint.
But truly, what made the evening special was seeing so many familiar faces together again, alongside new ones joining the tradition for the first time.

Pie + People = Perfection

We gave away huge, fresh pies (pumpkin, apple, pecan… choose your fighter), and watching people leave cradling their pies like prized trophies never gets old.
It’s become a ritual; the unofficial kickoff to Thanksgiving week.
Because yes, pie is delicious…
…but the real sweetness comes from the people we get to share it with.

Trivia, Laughter & A Little Friendly Competition

This year, we upped the fun factor with three rounds of trivia:
• Thanksgiving knowledge
• Woodinville insider facts
• And everyone’s favorite — “All Things Tend Home Team”

Let’s just say… the competitiveness was strong, the laughter was loud, and we learned that some of you know very interesting facts about Troy and the team.

The prizes were a hit — but the bragging rights? Even better.

A Community That Gives Back

One of the brightest highlights of the night was the generosity shown toward our Tinsel & Tires Bike Drive, supporting The Forgotten Children’s Fund.

Guests donated cash, and bikes, helping spread joy to local kids who will wake up this holiday season with a brand-new ride waiting for them.

Your kindness makes a real and tangible difference, and we’re grateful beyond words.

Why We Host This Event Every Year

People often ask why we put so much heart (and so many pies!) into this gathering.
The answer is simple:

Because community matters.
Because relationships matter.
Because saying “thank you” matters.

We’re more than a real estate team; we’re neighbors who care deeply about the place we call home. Hosting events like this is one of our favorite ways to connect, give back, and celebrate the people who make Woodinville so special.

And yes… we’ll happily bribe everyone with pie to make that happen.

Looking Ahead

As we wrap up another unforgettable year and head into the holiday season, our hearts are full. Thank you to everyone who showed up, supported, donated, laughed, played, sipped, mingled, and made this event what it was.

We can’t wait to continue building traditions, supporting our community, and creating moments like this, together.

Until next year… save some room for pie. 🥧
And thank you for being part of our Tend Home Team family.
