We are currently seeking out applications for two aggressive real estate brokers to focus on real estate investments in Seattle’s south end and north end. This would include areas such as Renton, Federal Way, and could extend as far south as Tacoma as well as northern areas such as Bothell, Mountlake Terrace, and Everett.
The ideal candidate for this position must:
- Be aggressive and tactful when dealing with homeowners
- Be professional, punctual/reliable/dependable
- Be hard-working, focused and a team player
- Have an active real estate broker license in Washington State
- Take initiative
- Not be afraid to knock on doors
- Have construction knowledge
