We recently listed this wonderfully cool Midcentury Modern home in lake Forest Park, with its enticing original features; from beautiful architectural stained glass room dividers, feature stone fireplace, stone floors and light fixtures to name just a few, it was a delight of a property for sure. We knew it would be a hot listing and wouldn’t last long.
Not only did this delightful home see a slew of viewings it also caught the eye of the Seattle Met magazine. They wrote an on-line article highlighting the attributes of the property and its location, while comparing it against a quirky craftsman near Wallingford.
