When is the best time of year to sell? I’m often asked that, Hey, there it’s Troy Anderson with Tend home team brokered By exp. And yeah, I’ve been asked A lot recently…. Troy, is it a great time to sell? Should I wait till the spring? And while the answer might surprise you, you know, the market in the spring is definitely there’s more sales, however, there’s also more competition. So coming into fall here and in the fourth quarter we always, I always see an increase in activity even through the holidays. So, you know, fall and winter is not a bad time to list at all. Because you’ve got serious buyers that really want to make a purchase. And so, and in a market we were just coming out of in 2021 was fast and furious and it’s continuing to stay that way.
